How we work

How we work, in four phases

This is how an engagement runs with us: from the first introduction to the periodic reporting.

  1. Introduction

    A free introductory phone call of up to 30 minutes: we discuss your situation, your question and the possible approach.

  2. Scoping

    Within two working days you receive a quote with the work, the price and what you provide. We start after your approval.

  3. Execution

    We set up the administration or take it over from your previous bookkeeper, process your documents and file the returns within the deadlines.

  4. Reporting and adjusting

    You have a fixed contact person, receive periodic reports and review your figures and tax position with us every year.
