What we do for you

We prepare income tax, VAT and corporate income tax returns, assess your tax position and advise on legal form, director-shareholder remuneration and investments. In the event of an audit, objection or payment arrangement we act on your behalf as authorised representative.

What you provide

  • Annual statements, mortgage and bank details and other year-end documents
  • Your administration or annual figures (businesses)
  • Every letter and assessment from the Tax Administration, immediately on receipt
  • An authorisation to file and correspond on your behalf

What you receive

  • Income tax, VAT and corporate income tax returns within the deadlines
  • An assessment of your tax position with concrete recommendations
  • Objection, extension or a payment arrangement where needed
  • An annual calendar with all filing and payment deadlines

From authorisation to filed return

Regular returns follow a fixed annual calendar; letters and assessments are dealt with as soon as they arrive.

  1. Authorisation and documents

You authorise us and provide annual statements, your administration or annual figures and all correspondence from the Tax Administration.

  2. Assess

We assess your tax position, apply deductions and schemes and discuss the choices with you.

  3. File

We file the returns within the deadlines and apply for an extension in good time where needed.

  4. Monitor

We check the assessments, lodge objections where necessary and keep track of your deadlines all year round.

The tax year at a glance

These are the fixed moments we monitor for you. The exact dates are in your personal annual calendar; different deadlines apply with an extension or a non-calendar financial year.

  1. Monthly

    Payroll taxes

Return and payment of payroll taxes per filing period, usually a month, for as long as you have staff.

  2. Quarterly

    VAT return

Return and payment by the end of the month following the quarter: April, July, October and January.

  3. Before 1 May

    Income tax return

For the previous year, for entrepreneurs and private individuals; a later date applies with an extension.

  4. Within 5 months

    Corporate income tax return

For BVs, within five months after the end of the financial year: with a financial year equal to the calendar year, before 1 June, unless an extension has been granted.

  5. Ongoing

    Letters, assessments and audits

Forward immediately: the objection period is usually six weeks from the date of the assessment, and the time to respond is often shorter.

General statutory deadlines in the Netherlands; your personal calendar may differ because of an extension or a different financial year.
