What we do for you

We translate deeds, diplomas, extracts, correspondence with government bodies, contracts, annual accounts and business communication. Our translations are professional, non-sworn translations. If the receiving body requires a sworn translation, legalisation or an apostille, we discuss with you in advance which route is needed; which form is accepted is decided by that body.

What you provide

  • The source document in clearly legible quality, as a scan or original
  • The language pair and the purpose: for which body or which use
  • Any requirements of the receiving body: sworn, legalisation or apostille

What you receive

  • A professional, non-sworn translation in the layout of the original
  • An agreed delivery time and price per word, page or document
  • Advice on the route when a sworn translation or legalisation is required

From source document to translation

A translation assignment runs in four steps, with a fixed price and delivery time agreed in advance.

  1. Request

You send the source document, the language pair and the purpose; we check which form the receiving body requires.

  2. Quote

You receive a price per word, page or document and a delivery time.

  3. Translate

We translate with knowledge of financial, tax and administrative terminology and keep the layout of the original.

  4. Delivery

You receive the translation within the agreed time; if a sworn translation or legalisation is required, we advise on the route.

Standard translation, sworn translation or legalisation?

Which form is needed is decided by the receiving body. Check this in advance; we then discuss the route, the costs and the turnaround time.
